1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Storals ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Storals is a software-as-a-service ("SaaS") platform that helps businesses manage their Google Business Profile. The Service provides features including but not limited to:

  • Managing and creating Google Business Profile posts
  • Monitoring and responding to customer reviews
  • Answering customer questions
  • Viewing business performance insights and analytics
  • AI-assisted content generation for posts and replies
  • Competitor analysis and benchmarking

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Google Business Profile Authorization

To connect your Google Business Profile, you must authorize Storals to access your Google account data through Google's OAuth 2.0 protocol. By granting this authorization, you agree that:

  • You are the owner or authorized manager of the Google Business Profile(s) you connect
  • You authorize us to read and manage your business profile data (posts, reviews, Q&A, insights) on your behalf
  • You understand that actions performed through our Service (e.g., publishing posts, replying to reviews) will appear on your live Google Business Profile
  • You may revoke access at any time from your dashboard or from Google Account settings
  • Our use of Google data is governed by the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements

5. Subscription Plans and Payments

The Service offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis.

  • Free Plan: Limited features and a single business profile.
  • Paid Plans: Additional features, multiple business profiles, and higher usage limits as described on our pricing page.
  • Billing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in INR.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to paid features continues until the end of your current billing period.
  • Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 7 days of a charge for consideration.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service includes AI-powered content generation features. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated content is provided as suggestions and you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before it is published
  • You retain full responsibility for all content published to your Google Business Profile, whether created manually or with AI assistance
  • AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate — always review before publishing
  • Text content may be processed by third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI) under their data processing agreements

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or Google's terms of service
  • Publish false, misleading, or spam content on business profiles
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or related infrastructure
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service outside of our provided interfaces
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without written authorization

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality, is and will remain the exclusive property of Storals and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent. You retain all rights to the content you create and publish through the Service.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Service Availability and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes that affect your use of the Service. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant the accuracy of data retrieved from Google's APIs, as such data is provided by Google.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Storals, its affiliates, and its licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues (whether incurred directly or indirectly), loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Storals and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

14. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

  • You breach any provision of these Terms
  • Your use of the Service poses a security risk or adversely affects other users
  • Continued provision of the Service to you is commercially impractical

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request deletion of your data at any time in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before new terms take effect, via email or a prominent notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation.
